Rough notes on Frame of Reference

the FOR equation will itself have influence on the outcome - there is an area in the outcome of the  equation that is influenced by the equation itself.  Like looking through the panes of glass in the hallway you will see some of the pane itself in your vision with perhaps other OUTSIDE INFLUENCES the same holds true with the equation those must be taken into consideration in the outcome of the equation. This are will contain almost certainly some constants as well as some variable but there is also most certainly an area we will not be able to calculate all these must be accounted for.  The Cone of Perception itself will have a slight influence somewhat like the declination of a wind correction angle aircraft navigation.
